About Kirstin
Kirstin graduated from the University of Hawaii-William S. Richardson School of Law in 1997. That same year, she began her career on Maui as a law clerk for the Honorable Boyd P. Mossman, Judge of the Second Circuit Court.
Prior to starting her own law practice in 2014, Kirstin worked as a Legislative Attorney with the Maui County Council and served as a Deputy Public Defender with the Maui Office of the Public Defender.
Since 2014, Kirstin has served as a per diem Judge in the District Court of the Second Circuit.

SPECIAL EDUCATION
In the area of special education, Kirstin assists parents of special needs children to obtain proper services and supports from the Department of Education to ensure a free, appropriate and public education under State and Federal laws. Kirstin is a member of the Council of Parent Advocates and Attorneys or COPAA.
FAMILY LAW
As a family law attorney, Kirstin represents clients in divorce, custody disputes, paternity cases, guardianships, restraining order hearings, child support disputes, and other family legal matters.
